A Special Message From Mindy Lin, Our Founder and CEO

“Hi guys, it’s Mindy here with Damsel in Defense. The Damsel in Defense Mission started 10 years ago. The Me Too movement had yet togo viral, and we were just beginning to learn about the prevalence of sex trafficking in our world and even in our own country. But now, a decade later, we can see how our commitment to equip, empower, and educate women has forged a path of protection and awareness through a decade of change. And, so much has changed, not just in the last 10 years—but even just the last two years.

We hope you’ll join us, tonight, Sept. 13th, at 7 pm MT on Facebook as we celebrate 10 years of Damsel in Defense.  

We are going to premier a look back at our last 10 years when we’ve laughed and cried, as well well as everything we’ve done to celebrate those who have helped us protect women and children across the world.

Times are changing faster than ever, we know for both the good and the bad. We want to pause to take time to laugh, cry, cheer, and celebrate together all of the good that has been accomplished through our mission.
